Ortus Terms and conditions
1. General rules Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User in using the related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided through Ortus provided by Sinnotech (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Article 2 (Definitions) 01. 'Ortus' refers to the mobile application provided by the Company to the User. 02. 'User' refers to a user who uses 'Ortus' to receive services provided by 'Ortus' in accordance with these Terms. Article 3 (Statement, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms) 01. 'Ortus' shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions clearly on the setting screen of Ortus so that users can easily recognize them. However, the contents of the Terms may be made available to the user through the connection screen. 02. 'Ortus' shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents set forth in the Terms and Conditions from the moment the user downloads and runs the App. 03. 'Ortus' may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, and the Consumer Protection Act. 04. If 'Ortus' revises the Terms, it will be notified in the update history along with the current Terms, specifying the date of application and the reason for revision. 05. If 'RTU Client Program' revises the Terms, the revised Terms shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the provisions of the Terms prior to the revision shall apply to contracts already entered into before that date. 06. If 'Ortus' revises the Terms of Service, the revised Terms of Service shall be applied from the applicable version, and if no update is made before that, the terms of the Terms of Service before the revision shall remain in effect. Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services) 01. 'Ortus' provides the following services. • A. Provision and management of information on data extracted from monitoring/surveillance equipment • B. Provision and management of information about data extracted from the monitoring/surveillance cloud platform 02. If the contents of the service provided by 'Ortus' are changed due to reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, the user shall be notified of the reason. Article 17 (Personal Information Protection) 01. 'Ortus' does not collect and use any information other than the information necessary for data communication of the observation/surveillance equipment, and does not use it for any purpose other than the purpose. The following items are mandatory for communication, and other items are optional. • A. When connecting and searching for observation/surveillance equipment o - Blutooth name of the device o - Blutooth code of the device Article 20 (Obligations of the User) The User shall not engage in any of the following acts • A. Registration of false information when applying or changing • B. Change the information posted on 'Ortus' • C. Transmitting or posting information (S/W, etc.) other than the information specified by 'Ortus' • D. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of 'Ortus' or other third parties • E. Interference with the operation of 'Ortus' • F. Acts that damage the reputation or interfere with the business of 'Ortus' or other third parties 7. other Article 21 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction of Use) 01. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by 'Ortus' shall belong to 'Ortus'. 02. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained by using 'Ortus' for commercial purposes or make it available to a third party without the prior consent of 'Ortus'.

Ortus, a Sinnotech Corporation, values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information at all times. However, despite technical complementary measures, Ortus is not responsible for damage to information due to unexpected accidents caused by basic network risks such as hacking, and various disputes caused by posts made by visitors.
